I am organising a number of social and friendly games around Sydney. The games are on weeknights and weekends all year round. Men and women all ages are welcome with a love for the sport and wanting to play. We usually follow the game in a nearby pub.

Bootcamps happen every Wednesday evening year round with with an average of 40-50 people per session. Every session is different and incorporate traditional bootcamp drills with Crossfit inspired exercises.
